Our Apartment-Complex, with 8 living-areas, is situated at the village-margin of Nea Potidea. In front of our hotel-complex you can see the green-blue sea in its entire beauty that lies only 50 m away.
We chose this place when our children were still small, mostly because of the flat, sloping sea, with its natural sand-beach which is perfect, especially for non-swimmers. Furthermore, there is hardly any current and only small waves. We are very satisfied, that our guest`s children are as happy as ours had been once.

Every apartment posseses a dinner-table with chairs and a completely supplied kitchen with refrigerator and backing-oven, coffee-percolator, the whole range of kitchen utensils and table-ware.
Satellite-TV, telephone and airconditionyou will find in every apartment.

Cancellations: Cancellation or no-show will incur a penalty of 1 night's stay.

All prices are meant for one day and a completly supplied apartment. The price includes the consumption of water, electricity, aircondition and bed-linen (the bed-linen will be changed once a week), towels (all towels will be changed twice a week), all taxes and a cleaning at the end of your holidays. If you need a baby-bed, you can get one for free

Check-in Time: Check-in is possible 24 hours per day.

Check-out Time: You may check out at any time before 12:00.

Reception Times: Reception is open every day from 09:00 to 21:00.
